Culgoa Point is a 4 Star two-storey walk up Resort set on 3.5 half acres of tropical landscaped gardens.

The large pool, sauna and spa are located in the centre of the complex. The pool is heated to 30 degrees, the spa to 38 degrees for year round enjoyment and sheltered from prevailing winds. A half tennis court, with racquets and balls supplied is available for guests.

Noosa caters for every member of the family for adventure from bike riding, canoeing, and fishing, both deep sea and river. Surfing and wind surfing, sky diving to deep sea diving and, for the more relaxed adventurer camel riding, horse riding or a 4 wheel tour to Fraser Island and much more.

Room Facilities

Apartments are set over three and a half acres and offer three different outlooks. Beachfront View captures the lovely Noosa River with lush lawns and private sandy beach. Marina View apartments look onto Culgoa's own private jetty and sheltered bay. Garden View apartments offer peace and privacy overlooking the tropical gardens.

• All apartments are self-contained and are serviced weekly. Apartments are individually furbished.
• Ground Floor Beachfront apartments all have patios opening onto lawns and direct access to the lovely Noosa River and private beach. BBQ’s are well placed around the lawn area with tables and chairs to enjoy our beautiful sunsets.
• First Level Beachfront apartments are upstairs on the podium level offering privacy and lovely views of the Noosa River. A large undercover BBQ area is located in the middle of the podium level offering seating for up to 30 guests to enjoy an evening BBQ at the end of a hectic day.
• Marina view apartments are on the ground level giving direct access to the lawn area and the first level giving privacy. All provide views of the lagoon, which also accommodates our own private jetty. (Mooring of boats must be booked when making your booking). The Marina apartments receive the morning sun, which is very pleasant in winter and afternoon shade making them cooler in summer. BBQ’s are provided on the ground level and also podium level.
• Garden view apartments are on the ground floor giving a lovely lawn area to sit and read your book and first level giving privacy and view of our tropical gardens. BBQ’s are provided on the ground level and also podium level.
• Three bedroom apartments are located on the second level and once in your apartment it is all on the one level. These 3 bedroom two bathroom apartments all have beautiful views of the Noosa River and offer larger balconies to accommodate up to 6 guests. Some three-bedroom apartments do offer 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds to accommodate 2 couples and 2 children. All three-bedroom apartments are air-conditioned and guests can use the BBQ’s on either the podium level or on the lawn area.
